Welcome to Silver Hawk! We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Fridays and public holidays).
  • You will receive a confirmation call or message once your order has been shipped.

Shipping within Egypt

  • Cairo, Giza & Qalyoubia: 2-5 business days
  • Other Governorates: 3–7 business days

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via message.
  • Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to update.

Store Pickup

  • Customers may choose Free In-Store Pickup from one of our branches:
    • Makram Store
    • Qalyoub Store
    • New Cairo Store

Damages & Issues

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they are with the courier.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact the courier directly to file a claim.
  • Keep all packaging and products until the claim is resolved.
