Welcome to Silver Hawk! We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible.
Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Fridays and public holidays).
- You will receive a confirmation call or message once your order has been shipped.
Shipping within Egypt
- Cairo, Giza & Qalyoubia: 2-5 business days
- Other Governorates: 3–7 business days
Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via message.
- Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to update.
Store Pickup
- Customers may choose Free In-Store Pickup from one of our branches:
- Makram Store
- Qalyoub Store
- New Cairo Store
Damages & Issues
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they are with the courier.
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact the courier directly to file a claim.
- Keep all packaging and products until the claim is resolved.
